LeadershipOne Technologies, LLC is a database consulting company focused on partnering with organizational and IT leaders in K-12 private, independent, and religious schools to improve the outcomes of data and software solutions in use in the school. We take a holistic view in helping our clients leverage existing technologies already in place and new technologies on the market to add value while balancing the reality of budgetary constraints. Our goal is to serve these leaders as their go-to resource for all of their data needs in a rapidly growing environment.
Adam Hotchkiss, CEO
Adam founded LeadershipOne Technologies to pursue his passion of partnering with organizational leaders to leverage their technology investments for maximum value and future growth. He has fifteen years of experience leading technology teams in complex independent school environments with a focus on technology as a tool to support the mission, and holds a Master’s in Educational Technology. He recognizes that each school is unique with its own mission, goals, culture and resources, and he works to find technology solutions that best meet that unique nature for both the short and long term. Adam is down-to-earth, a patient listener and has a communication style that isn’t filled with technical jargon.
